Getting STARTED

It all starts with the first step…

STEP 1 - The first step is to contact us and see if we can help you achieve your goals.

Once we have had a visit about your goals then it’s time to decide a course of action. Due to the timing of the seasons we encourage clients to get ahold of us as soon as possible. (email) This could save you a lot of time and money

STEP 2 - Course of action is dependent on timing of the seasons, type of land we are working on, goals for the farm and the overall plan.

BASE PRICING

Most big projects we do are bid out per job due to the large amount of variables. Smaller jobs are usually set rates per acre or hourly. The more acres the better the price can get. Most jobs do not include fertilizer and in for seen expenses due to weather conditions.

We are confident that our pricing is very competitive especially when you figure in the quality of the work and the overall plan.

$500 per day + Mileage = It usually takes a day maybe 2 to get to a farm, walk it, pull trailer, get a hotel room, fuel, etc.

$1500 = This is a one day walk through and while on site lay out the “to do” list This is not a bad option but its not what I prefer. My attention to detail of how and where things should be modified paired with the visual maps, procedures etc make this option not the best option for the quickest performance of the plan.

$ The BIG PLAN $ = The big plan includes walk through, maps, timing procedure, timing of maintenance and 1 or more return follow up visits. If we are doing the actual work then it’s a bid out job. With so many variables and depending on size of the farm the dollar amount varies too much to come up with a set price. Plus we might have avenues for you to get cost share money for the work being done.

If we can not help you for some reason you will be charged nothing. This is usually dealt with in the initial email correspondence. We want to help guys build better habitat in the most cost effective way but we won’t do that to just make a quick dollar or hurt the land. We do not employ the latest fads or plant invasive plants. We use nature as it was intended to be used to make the land work more efficiently for you and create value in the short and long term.
